SS Technical Services LLC is committed to delivering your Civil Defense-approved fire safety products quickly and safely. This page outlines our delivery timeframes, shipping methods, and important information regarding orders within and outside the UAE.
Standard Delivery Timeline – UAE Orders
SS Technical Services LLC will deliver your order within 2-3 working days if the fire safety product is available in stock at our warehouse. Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. For in-stock items such as fire extinguishers, fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, and other fire safety equipment, you can typically expect delivery within this window. During peak periods or holidays, delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days. Standard delivery includes delivery charges which will be presented to you on the checkout page before you complete your order. Free shipping is available on all orders over AED 500 to any location in the UAE.
Extended Lead Times
If your ordered fire safety product is not currently in stock or if the delivery time will exceed 3 working days, we will advise you of the expected lead time as soon as possible. You will be notified via email or phone (call +971 54 521 2606) with an updated estimated
delivery date. In some cases, you may have the option to cancel your order or proceed with the extended lead time. Please review your order confirmation email for specific details regarding your delivery timeline.
International Orders (Outside UAE) – Ex-Works Basis
SS Technical Services LLC accepts orders from customers outside the United Arab Emirates on an ex-works
basis only. This means:
– The price quoted is for the product at our warehouse in Sharjah, UAE
– The customer (buyer) is responsible for arranging and paying for all shipment costs
– Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and any regulatory
requirements in their country
– SS Tech Mart does not arrange shipping for international orders
– International customers should contact us at info@sstechser.com to discuss available
export options and obtain ex-works pricing
For international fire safety equipment orders, please reach out to our sales team to
discuss your specific requirements and obtain accurate pricing and delivery information.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of all our Civil Defense-approved fire safety products. However, due to the nature of fire safety equipment, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure product integrity and safety.
When We Accept Returns
SS Technical Services LLC only accepts returns if and only if the fire safety products are faulty (manufacturing defects) or misdescribed (product does not match the order description).Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If you believe your fire extinguisher,
fire alarm system, smoke detector, or other fire safety product is faulty or misdescribed, please notify us immediately at info@sstechser.com or call +971 54 521 2606.We can only accept returns of products that meet ALL of the following conditions:
– The product has not been opened, used, or tampered with– The product remains sealed in its original packaging
– All original accessories, manuals, and documentation are included
– The packaging is in good condition and shows no signs of tampering
If all these conditions are met, please ship your fire safety products back to us using a registered courier service. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund to your account.
