- Ss technical services does its best to maintain correct information regarding expiry and validity of approved civil defense products but does not hold liable for any civil defense-related approvals or suspension of approvals.
- If Civil Defense supply certifications are required and ordered, a maximum of 5-7 working days shall be considered after the delivery of an order
- Dubai Civil Defense supply certificates shall be charged at Aed 100 per plot number which is also mentioned during the ordering. Installation certificates can only be provided by Civil Defense approved installers and ss tech do not undertake any responsibility for the installation certificates. However, please get in touch with us and we shall guide to few approved fire system installers.
- If any product is not mentioned under civil defense approved category for the respective Emirates, it shall be understood by the buyer that any purchased item will not be used in the UAE & will only be used for export purposes.
- In case of disputes regarding certification requirements, ss tech shall refund or credit back the amount back to the customer as per terms under cancellations and returns
